Do your control systems come with a warranty?
Yes, all Measurement Control Systems products come with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Extended service plans are available for specific industrial hardware.
How long does shipping take for precision instruments?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. For calibrated instruments or custom-configured control panels, please allow an additional 5-10 days for precision testing and certification before dispatch.
What is your return policy for technical equipment?
Unused and unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-calibrated sensors and software licenses are non-refundable once the seal is broken or the calibration certificate is issued.
Do you provide technical support for installation?
We provide comprehensive digital manuals and remote technical support for all products. For complex system integration, we can coordinate on-site technical assistance through our certified engineering partners.
Are your measurement devices NIST traceable?
Most of our high-precision instruments are available with NIST-traceable calibration certificates. Please ensure you select the 'Certified' option on the product page or contact our sales team before placing your order.
