At Measurement Control Systems, we stand behind the precision and quality of our industrial equipment. If your purchase does not meet your technical specifications, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any industrial hardware back to our facility.

  Package Securely

  Place the item in its original protective packaging, ensuring all calibration certificates, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the RMA label clearly on the exterior of the package and ship via a trackable carrier to our designated quality control center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the equipment's integrity and functionality, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 to 10 business days.
